What fees does Depop charge sellers?

No selling fee for sellers based in the UK, US or Australia. Every sale through Depop Payments pays a processing fee on the item price and postage (and sales tax in the US): 2.9% + £0.30 in the UK, 3.3% + $0.45 in the US. A £25 item with £4 postage pays £1.14, leaving £27.86.

What do boosted listings cost?

If a sale comes from a boosted listing, Depop takes 12% of the item price, plus the postage unless you use a Depop shipping label. The rate went up to 12% for UK and US listings on 23 March 2026.

What does the buyer pay?

Buyers pay a Marketplace fee of up to 5% of the item price plus up to £1 or $1. It is added to their total and does not come out of your money. The calculator shows the most it can be.

There is no selling fee in the UK or US, but every sale pays payment processing, and boosted sales pay a boosting fee.

With no postage: £0.88 in processing, so you keep £19.12.

With no postage or tax: $2.10, so you keep $47.90.
